Substitution Policy
Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.
Refund Policy:
Due to the perishable nature of flowers, it is our policy not to issue a refund on any purchases made. We offer store credit for future purchases in the event an order needs to be cancelled. All requests must be received 48h prior to the day of delivery during regular business hours.
Cancellation Policy:
In the event of a cancellation, a $ 20.00 fee will be charged and/or deducted to cover processing fees.

For deliveries, if the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the delivery person may leave the gift in a safe place for the recipient to retrieve when they return. Deliveries are made between 1 p.m and 6 p.m. During the holidays deliveries may be made as late as 9 p.m.
All funeral orders requires a minimum of 8 business hours prior the delivery date/time.

Same-Day and Next-Day Delivery in U.S. and Canada
In the U.S. and Canada, same-day delivery is generally available Monday through Friday on orders received before 10:00 am weekdays, in the recipient's time zone (excluding holidays and peak floral delivery periods.) Otherwise, next-day delivery is the norm. Our standard delivery charge $14.99 per delivery in U.S. apply to all orders.
Peak Floral Delivery Periods
IMPORTANT -- At peak floral delivery periods, such as Christmas, Valentine's, and Mother's Day weeks, please order at least one to two days in advance to ensure timely delivery.
Legal Holidays
Delivery service is often NOT available in many areas legal holidays. So, while every effort will be made to accommodate such deliveries when possible, items requested for delivery on a legal holiday may be delivered the day before or day after the date requested, if necessary.
International Orders
Kentfield Florist delivers roses, wrapped bouquets, and living plant gifts throughout most of the world via an international network of affiliated professional florists. For deliveries outside the U.S. and Canada, simply select from our menu. (Allow one to two days for delivery, excluding Sundays, legal holidays, and peak floral periods.)
ChargeBack
In the event of a chargeback, a $ 20.00 merchant processing fee will be charged in addition of the order amount being due.
